Block Management 

As your managing Agent, we will use a planned maintenance programme for your complex and advise on how best to remain compliant, where  required or requested, we will supervise all works. 

 We are obligated to advise and highlight areas of non compliance within your complex. 

We supervise reputable contracted maintenance and cleaning companies; liasing with Leaseholders and Investors to manage: Health & Safety, budget constraint and prevalent legal requirements.

We ensure that the residential development, building or estate is maintained in accordance with the lease requirements.
